What information do we collect?

Right to access to and deletion of personal information
You may submit requests to access or delete personal information provided too and collected by MentorAPM over the past 12 months by calling (434) 879-6220. MentorAPM will respond to verifiable requests to access or delete personal information provided to MentorAPM within 45 days after you made the request. Such personal information includes the categories of information we collected about you, including personal identifiers and commercial information. MentorAPM’s commercial purposes for collecting the information about you, and the specific pieces of information collected about you. The right to deletion does not apply if MentorAPM must retain the personal information to (1) provide goods or services to you, (2) detect or resolve security- or functionality-related issues, (3) comply with the law, (4) conduct research in the public interest, (5) safeguard the right to free speech, or (6) carry out any actions for internal purposes that you might reasonably expect.
We cannot respond to any request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.
